Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT, UTC+8). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping for eligible orders within the United States.

Standard Shipping usually takes 7-12 business days and costs $9.99. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $69 or more.

Expedited Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days and costs $19.99.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.

Standard Shipping estimated total delivery time is usually 8-15 business days.

Expedited Shipping estimated total delivery time is usually 6-10 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the shipping status of your package.

If your tracking information has not updated or your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@bnecny.com.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.

We will do our best to assist you before the order is processed. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be new, unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and included accessories where applicable.

To start a return, please contact us at info@bnecny.com before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bnecny.com.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the product condition and packaging. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
